A highly experienced leader with over 20 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Service and Naval Nuclear Power Program. Expert in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maintain equipment reliability at the highest standards, ensuring mission success and crew safety. Recognized with the Master Training Specialist Award for excellence in training development and delivery.
Post-retirement, I have leveraged my extensive maintenance and engineering expertise in various leadership roles across top manufacturing companies, specializing in pharmaceutical and automotive supply chain manufacturing. Focused on enhancing equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), I have developed comprehensive training programs for technicians, successfully shifting organizations from reactive to proactive maintenance approaches—resulting in reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
My project management experience includes establishing new equipment setups and developing detailed preventive maintenance procedures that identify critical wear items, facilitate planned repairs, and minimize unplanned breakdowns. Committed to continuous improvement, I bring a disciplined, strategic approach to maintenance, reliability, and team development to drive operational excellence.
